Become a Brand Ambassador

Alumni are pride of an institution. Reputation and standing of an Institute in Society is established by the contributions made by its Alumni. A very close networking and interaction between the Alumni and their Alma matter helps the Institutions to drive the strength for marching forward in its set Goals, Vision and Mission. We are seeking dedicated alumni to serve as Brand Ambassadors to help selection of future students and promote IMIS events.

Ambassadors provide insights and personal point-of-view to prospective students, attend admission and selection events, and promote IMIS. When admission team is in your area, we’ll ask you to volunteer at a selection event. Your involvement could range from participating in admission talks/presentations/ seminars to talking to prospective students one-on-one to. You may be invited to on-campus events to welcome new students. We need your help to promote the brand via social media. We’ll give you all guidance and support needed to become a great ambassador. You can send a mail to [email protected]in this connection.

Student Mentorship Program

The Student Mentorship Program enables constructive interaction, career guidance and mentorship of students by alumni. The goal is to inculcate the right attitude and perspective in career building  among the students who are yet to step into the professional life.

Mentoring is a particular form of relationship designed to provide personal and professional support to an individual. The mentor is generally more experienced than the mentee and makes use of that experience in a facilitative way to support the development of the mentee. The mentoring relationship provides a developmental opportunity for both parties and can thus be of mutual benefit. In a nutshell, a mentor's role may be perceived to be facilitative, supportive and developmental for the student community. Drop a mail to [email protected]if you like this mode of Konnect with your Alma Mater.

Quality input is always considered as an important contributor towards the strength of an institute. You can become part of the Reference Group for Admission to attract good talents. Your voice will certainly have a bigger impact to pull bright students for admission. You can send a mail to [email protected]in this connection.

Student Scholarship
With the increasing diversity of student population joining IMIS, there is now a need to provide financial support to a much larger number of students. Considering the huge need for financial assistance to deserving students from economically disadvantaged background we appeal the alumni to contribute voluntarily to the Student Scholarship Fund. We would like to ensure that no admitted student is denied education due to lack of funds. For details, please send a mail to [email protected].

Newsletter
You can volunteer to steer the proposal for IMIS Alumni e-Newsletter. We need your active support to start e-Newsletter exclusively for alumni.  The newsletter will contain news, information, stories, achievements and many more interesting contents. However, as the concept is at ideation stage, we seek volunteering from alumni to take the ownership and drive the initiative.
