  • Prof. Pratihari is a B.Sc. (Chemistry), 2001 and MBA (Marketing & Tourism) 2003 from Regional College of Management, Utkal University.
  • Prior to joining regular Academics, have worked a total of 6 years in Honeywell Electrical and Devices India Limited (Honeywell Group), Shalimar Paints Limited and Ceasefire Industries limited in the domain of both Sales and Marketing.

  • Prior to joining IMIS, he has worked as an Assistant Professor in the area of Marketing at Interscience Institute of Management and Technology (IIMT), Bhubaneswar, India.

  • Presented as a Rapporteur in the “Green and Social marketing” session in the KIIMS International Management conclave 2010 on “Sustainable Development”, held on February 19th and 20th 2010 at Bhubaneswar, India in collaboration with Southampton Solent University, UK.
  • Was a member of the Workshop and Tutorial Chair and the Event Coordinator of the International Joint Conference on Information and Communication Technology (IJCICT), & Convenor, TECHNOCOMM-2010, organized by Interscience Group of Institututions, Bhubaneswar, in association with University of Malaysia, Perlis on 8-9th January 2010, at Bhubaneswar India.

  • He has achieved the prestigious “Honeywell Future Driver 2008” award for sustainable growth and brand building activities and new Product Positioning for the FY 2006-2007.
